Australia’s singing cook joins forces with Pony and Cole and Modernist Adelaide to present her multi award-winning musical food sensation.
Michelle Pearson – fresh from two sold-out dinners in 2024 – returns to Tasting Australia with her popular fusion of live music, cooking class, dining and storytelling, performed as the ultimate dinner and show experience.
This collaboration with inner-west institution Pony and Cole will take place in its original 1960s café and will feature commentary from award-winning Modernist historian, Stuart Symons who will speak to the history of the Adelaide dining scene in the mid-century era. With Michelle’s hilarious and heart-warming storytelling through song and recipe peppered throughout the dinner, diners will enjoy a celebration of South Australian produce and nostalgic culinary classics from executive chef Niccole Hahn.
